Established 30 years ago and headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, R.C. Olmstead
provides the premier data processing system used in the credit union industry today. Our growth is due to the flexibility of
our system, which helps our clients serve their needs and expand their membership. This capability has brought new credit
unions to our family every year.
R.C. Olmstead was founded in 1978 when Bob Olmstead was contracted by Glassco Federal Credit Union to develop a
proprietary data processing system to serve their large base of members. After the Glassco system was installed
and had proven its value, word began to spread about this new, technologically advanced system. One by one, credit
unions and employees became part of the R.C. Olmstead family.
Our clients range in size from small credit unions situated in a corner of a factory to large associations with
multiple branches. They vary in asset size from $1 million to more than $200 million, serving teachers, police officers,
fire fighters, steel and postal workers, auto manufacturers and entire communities.
From the very first days of our company, R.C. Olmstead made a commitment to provide the best service and support in the
industry. Today, more than 25 years later, clients continue to tell us that our knowledgeable and friendly support staff
is what sets R.C. Olmstead apart.
Today, our company employs more than 50 people in corporate administration, product support, and computer programming.
Our headquarters are in a company-owned building in Dublin, Ohio, that features state-of-the-art equipment for our staff,
and several training and meeting rooms for our clients.
