Our company is fully committed to support and service; thus, our greatest strength is the people behind our product. Everyone on our team has extensive experience working in credit unions and understands the rewards and challenges you face.
Our founder, Bob Olmstead, established the company in 1978, using his background in engineering to launch a new core
data processing system for credit unions. In addition to Bob, the company is guided by Mike Wessinger, Steve Kambeitz,
Don Radcliff, and Harvey West. Together these five people provide the leadership necessary to steer
this company to new heights of providing quality client products and service.
We are a programming development and services company, so our software and hardware engineering staff forms our nucleus. We are fortunate to have three talented, knowledgeable teams of people that provide quality software products and supply our clients promptly and accurately with the equipment they require to run that software.
Our core system is staffed by a committed team that has worked side-by-side with clients since the company first
introduced the product. This team has been responsible for
developing and maintaining the program that serves more than 130 clients today, as well as overseeing all conversions
as new credit unions come on board. Programming support is available for all our clients on a 24/7 basis as required...
this forms a cornerstone of the service we provide.
The hardware engineering team provides both internal and external support for our company and clients. Not only do these people have to be aware of the latest technologies - demanding enough in the current market, with new products appearing every day - but they also are available to our clients for consultation and service. In addition, they manage a significant hardware inventory and prepare that hardware for delivery and installation, as well as being heavily involved in any scheduled conversions. Their expertise is called on daily to provide a great variety of solutions - a challenge they meet with confidence and success.
We boast about our support record with good reason - our clients are more than pleased with our service. But this couldn't
happen without our team of dedicated professionals from the credit union industry.
They provide day-to-day support for our clients, as well as training and conversion services. They are available to you for
